Locust Lane was founded in 2021, when our founder Brooke discovered the beauty and craftsmanship of hand knotted rugs. She wanted to share her vision of elevated interiors, by adding a modern twist to classic design. Brooke Ray is an Alabama native who resides in Huntsville with her husband, three wonderful children, and three wild rescue dogs. She discovered her passion for interior design while remodeling her family's historic home. As Brooke worked with artisans around the globe to customize rugs for her own home, she fell in love with the creative process.
